• Success Story :

Client requested preheating of crude to reduces the viscosity of some kinds of  waxy crude oil and by that way improve the upstream separation performances. Our know-how allowed us to find the appropriate solutions to our customer’s issues and to manufacture custom made Indirect Heater.

According to client’s site restraints, we designed autonomous solutions for crude oil heating with indirect water bath heaters through fire tubes upstream of separation sections.

According to the available utilities on site, this preheating was done through shell and tube heat exchangers (TEMA type) where crude oil is heated using water for near by well after being filtered and treated .

Oil Marine provided a dual fuel burner as cost conscious solution to the increased diesel fuel cost , the concept of duel fuel burner is to rely on the fuel gas available on site driving the daily running cost of the facility much lower .
