• Success Story :

A client in North Africa  contracted Oil Marine to deliver crude transfer pumps that can overcome the pressure demands, with coincident high efficiencies,  The pumps serve the purpose of transferring large amounts of crude  ( 10,000 bbl/d at 500 psi line pressure ) via pipelines for hundreds of miles  .Oil Marine’s supply chain expedited procuring of NACE MR0175 pumps, diesel engines.

Utilizing ATEX-certified UK-made components such as ( Sparck arrestor , Chelyn over speed Air shutoff valve ,spring type engine starter ) the engine was converted into Rigsafe engine complying with client QHSE requirement for engines operating in Classified Hazardous Areas. Pump and Engine were coupled and packaged on DNVGL ST E27-1 lifting frame.  Pumps were tested, commissioned and witnessed by BV as a third party .
